[INDIA] The Comptroller and Auditor-General (CAG) of India has found that 2G radio spectrum licenses were granted to companies that did not meet the legislated minimum standards. Companies were given a one hour window of opportunity to apply for licenses which was foudn to unduly favour companies that had received advanced notification from the Department of Telecom.
